I’m Clare Sarah Johnson. Peak Performance coach and self-confessed Highly Sensitive Person. It's good to have you here. You’ve been born into an extraordinary time. Being a Highly Sensitive Person encompasses many, many things.
You have a tendency and ability to absorb a myriad of information and detail from your environment. You often pick-up energy and subtleties from the world around you, and people in it, that others do not seem to notice at all. Then there are other qualities that you experience but can’t always explain like your intuition, imagination, and creativity.
Being a Highly Sensitive Person is your greatest strength. Your Superpower.

But with all Superpowers comes a dark side.
And for HSP’s this can be completely and utterly debilitating.

I get it. I’ve been there. Many times. But then things changed….
I discovered a way of tuning my sensitivity to it’s highest frequency WITHOUT having to experience the difficult side effects.
Without having to ‘crash’ at the end of the year, and go into hiding whilst I recovered. Without having to pretend I was fine, even when I was reeling on the inside.
